Dress Wishlist

I have a few parties lined up this year because of it being a year of 18th birthday parties - including mine! (yay) So I thought it might be a good idea to go shopping for outfits earlier rather than later seeing as I just end up with boring black dresses when I have a rush on.

So here are a few I have my eyes on:
1. Topshop Paisley Midi Bodycon Dress - £36.00

I know it is cheating because it is still black, but the pattern is so pretty and I love the sleeves and knee length! It looks so classy - you can buy it here [x]

2. River Island Black and white cut out strap dress - £28.00
I really really love the 90's styling of this dress, I would definitely have to try it on because I am not too sure about the plunging back but the styling is so cute. Buy it here [x

3. River Island Red cut out sleeveless skater dress - £35.00
How beautiful is the detailing at the top and the colour just screams summer! Buy online [x]

4.River island Grey dip dye jewelled bodycon dress - £35.00
The ombre effect on this dress makes it bang on trend for spring and the baroque pattern at the top is gorgeous. [x]

5. H&M dress
The flowers on this are summery but the dress is perfect to take you dancing into the night, the shoulder pads help make your waist look smaller! Win win [x]

Now I just need shoes ;)

A tanned redhead?..

I have heard so much about the Soleil tan de Chanel I just had to spend it was calling me!!

I went to the counter in Debenhams hoping to use my beauty card so I could get the rewards, unfortunately they didn't have it in stock so down to boots I went! I had my heart set on getting it that day.

Luckily boots had it and the lady at the counter kindly demonstrated its powers on the back of my hand, it looked magical, I had a glowing tan in seconds and when I put my other hand next to it to compare I was gobsmacked.

I love this product I either put it under my foundation or over depending on how noticeable I want the contouring to be. It was recommended by the lady at boots that I use a kabuki to apply it but I have decided this isn't right and I am yet to find the perfect tool for application - any suggestions are welcome!!

Really excited for half term

Usually I don't get too excited about holidays because I am working, but this half term I have the week off and cannot wait!

Due to the excitement I have made lots of plans,

First of all I am working on my driving, I have been having lessons since 19th September and passed my theory test in December. Over half term I have two lessons booked for an hour and a half each. The last manoeuvre I have to learn is parallel parking and I have started to practice the test routes which is really fun!
I am learning in a Mini Cooper like this -

I have also booked to get a hairstyle overhaul which I will show you the pics of once it is done, it will just look a bit more spring/summery which will be nice because I never change my hair.

Another plan I have is to get my cartilage pierced, I have wanted to have this done since before my GCSE's last year and I was going to get it done over summer. Somehow I have let time run away with me and here I am now! I have been waiting so long I decided to get the two top piercings like this -
The one on the side here

And one where the bow is - and again where the one halfway up the ear is
I already have two lobe piercings like both of these ears do. I am worried about the pain but hey ho! That's why I decided to get the two done at the same time, so I will be able to sleep on my side in half the time than if I had them done separately - sneaky huh?

Cannot wait for this week, I need the break from school and finally getting my ear piercings as well!
